File run from the Web loops

I am using a GCode file to implement the Z-Probe macro. The problem is, when I run it from the Web, the file is repeated endlessly. Ending the file with one of M30, M02, M00 doesn't help. On the TS35 controller, it asks me how many times to run the file; I say once, and it works fine.
