Failure to receive and send information in canablev2

I made the schematic of version 2 canable with stm32g431CBT6 chip according to the schematic. There is a hardware problem in the schematic, that is about the boot base function that is activated by the rx base at the beginning of turning on the device, although it is controlled by the circuit of this function, but not correctly. But another problem is that the sending information is entered into the microcontroller bases, but nothing is displayed for the kangaroo software. And the information sent by the Cangaroo software is not visible on the tx pin. Of course, when sending information from the PC to the microcontroller, the receiving led flashes, but there is no output information. Thank you for helping me.
