Summary

we see there are already github support, but for self-host, we don't use github.com , we self-host gitlab, so if this also support gitlab, it will be very cool

Why should this be worked on?

internal env not have github access, but self host gitlab

I mean when some people commit code on gitlab, it will auto ADD a comments on the Plan issue /task to say someone commit code for this change, then when close some issue/task, we know the developer do what
