[feature]: Improve Sub-task Creation UX (Quick Add sub-task)

Summary

We would love to see one (or both) of the following UX enhancements:

1. Add “Create Sub-task” option in the Work Item menu

• When clicking the three-dot (⋯) menu on the right side of a work item Include a clear “Create Sub-task” action directly in that menu

2. Quick Add button in Table / List layout

• Add a “+” button next to a work item to instantly create a sub-task
• Similar to how many issue trackers allow inline child item creation

Why should this be worked on?

One of the most common usability issues is creating subtasks. Currently, creating subtasks requires multiple steps, which can be cumbersome when managing a large number of tasks.

The current issues are as follows:

1. The subtask creation feature is not very visible.

2. Creating a subtask requires multiple clicks and switching between workspaces.
