[bug]: Can't see the OAuth login option

Current behavior

I installed Plane based on the self-hosted installation documentation, only configuring APP_DOMAIN and HTTP_PORT. Then, under god-mode, I set up Gitea's OAuth. When I return to the homepage and refresh, I can't see the related OAuth login option. Could you tell me what I might have misconfigured or missed?
