Current behavior

The installation script did not follow the Docker Mirrors settings, even though I have explicitly configured multiple Docker Mirrors.

For countries like China that have internet censorship, connecting to Docker Hub is practically equivalent to being cut off from the internet.

Steps to reproduce

Using the official CLI installation and the community Setup.sh, the installation process failed to pull the image effectively unless I manually set up a Docker Proxy (but I don't think doing this on a server system is very reliable).
