[feature]: Annual/Custom scale in Gantt

Summary

Add another option to display the Gantt at year level in addition to weeks/months/trimesters. And why not custom date range and an automatic recaling in ordre to show everything between these date in one screen.

Why should this be worked on?

We often needs reporting cf #8025 and we have to redo Gantt in order to fit in some PPT, having a way to make a screenshot of the current view would be nice, but it would need to fit evrything in the screen
