[feature]: Allow the user to specify the install location instead of defaulting to /opt/plane

Summary

As the title says. My confusion in #6681 originated from the fact that I didn't see where plane was installed. It would be nice if the install script asks where the user wants to put the plane directory.

Why should this be worked on?

Improve the install script and allow to specify the installation location.
