[WEB-2425] fix:changes for web-2425
[WEB-2425]
These are the necessary changes in plane-ce for [WEB-2425].
- This PR removed the Worklogs filter from "Activity Filters" when Time Tracking is enabled for the respective project.
- This PR needs to be merged before the PR-1137 those changes are dependent on these in order to work properly, otherwise they'll break.
Walkthrough
The changes introduced in this pull request involve the addition of a new optional property, isIntakeIssue, to the TActivityFilterRoot type definition and the ActivityFilterRoot component. This boolean property enhances the component's ability to manage and differentiate between various types of issues, specifically indicating whether an issue is classified as an intake issue. The modifications allow for more nuanced filtering capabilities within the activity management system.

Poem
In the garden of code, a new flag does bloom,
isIntakeIssuebrings light to the room.
With filters more clever, we hop and we play,
Sorting through issues in a bright, bouncy way.
So let’s celebrate changes, both big and small,
For each line of code, we’re grateful to all! 🐇✨
