[feature]: Gantt viualization should allows colors

Summary

The Gantt visualization currently colors tasks based on their status, which I find unhelpful because the tasks on the left tend to be yellow or green, while the remaining tasks are gray. It would be more meaningful to assign colors based on factors such as modules or people assigned to the tasks.

Why should this be worked on?

The Gantt chart visualization is ineffective, every task is gray. Using colors to represent different tasks instead will allow for quick reasoning on parallel works.
