[feature]: Add resizable columns

Summary

The 'state' takes up half of the table, blocking me from seeing actual issue titles. This grid should allow all cols to be resizable

Why should this be worked on?

Hard to get an idea of things at first glance, when values are arbitrarily sized. Makes the style cluttered, and hard to see what we actually want to see. Should be customizable per user, and saved

At the VERY LEAST, the state shouldnt take up half the grid
