Summary

Here is sidebar of active Circle:

It is very usefull if circle leader user and project admin can push some notices on sidebar that show to all circle users.

In many teams, scrum master is out of the team and managing board from home!

It is very useful for leaders to notice on board, if we have a wall on all user views.

Maybe we can develop a wall for every user that always seen for user. and just seen two line colored text.

For example as a CTO on my team, i wan to write on "Kalina" wall: i need to your report today for task 200

Why should this be worked on?

We can add a notice board, that is alternate of physical boards for tell some massages to all team users.
