[feature]: Add ability to sub-group tickets by parent ticket (story task)

Summary

It would be nice to be able to set a sub-group of a ticket as the parent ticket, as is done in story tasks in jira

Why should this be worked on?

This is very useful because story tasks are a common practice in task management. And it also makes it easier to view your part of the tasks of one big storytask
