[feature]: Commands/formatting in Comments instead of only via the toolbar

Summary

Presently, comments do not support commands via the / menu and you can only format text via the toolbar.

Why should this be worked on?

For efficiency and perhaps more importantly consistency's sake across the platform, since most other multi-line text fields support commands, comments should as well.
