[feature]: Assign colours to modules, cycles, estimates, and have them pull through to cards and lists

Summary

It would be useful to be able to assign colours to modules, cycles, and estimates and have those colours pulled through to the card and list views. Cycles could be colour-coded by status as they are on the cycles screen.
