[bug]: Cyrillic characters in email notifications

Current behavior

Email notifications from the Plane display only Latin characters in the subject line when the task title contains Cyrillic characters. The Cyrillic characters are missing in the subject line but are displayed correctly in the email body.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a new task with a title that includes Cyrillic characters (e.g., "Тестовая TEST задача").
• Assign the task to a user or update the task to trigger an email notification
• Check the received email's subject line and body

Thanks for flagging this, @kmnkv1. We haven’t tested our email content with languages and characters yet. We’ll conduct thorough testing soon and add support for multiple languages and character sets.
