Summary

I'd love to see the ability to copy links to individual comments.

Why should this be worked on?

It's useful when I want to ping a teammate about a particular question in a comment. Now, I have to send the link to the issue and say something like "check the last comment."

We picked this for the development pipeline. Comments will start having unique URLs.
