[bug]: Real-time update functionality of the comments

Current behavior

Issues with the real-time update functionality of the comments section in the issue tracking system. This can be particularly frustrating when collaborating closely with someone, as you need to keep refreshing the page to see new comments.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the Issue comment section at the bottom Add comment Wait for the response from the cooperating person No comment shows until you manually refresh the site
