[feature]: Add Scrollbar and Collapsible Content to Pages

Summary

Introduce a visible scrollbar for long pages and the ability to collapse and expand content sections.

Since we use pages for documentation, sometimes there are very long pages. In this case, it would be ideal to be able to use a scroll bar, and also be able to collapse content, to keep a cleaner view. That way, we can click and see what's inside, and then click again and hide what’s inside.

Why should this be worked on?

This will improve navigation and readability of lengthy pages.

Adding Collapsible to documentation would be a great feature in improving the documentation layout.

Hey @mariliatostesdev, we have recently made a lot of UI changes to pages with #6826, which also enables scrollbar for a page.

And about collapsible content, we have that on our roadmap and plan to ship it soon.
