[WEB-1204] fix: Kanban and calendar drag and drop in mobile

Problem:

  1. Kanban and calendar drag and drop not working in mobile devices.

Solution:

  1. Disable the ControlLink component in mobile devices to prevent default callout on long press.

Other improvements:

  1. Show quick actions option for Kanban issues by default in mobile devices, which was earlier visible only on hover.
