[feature]: Project file manager

Summary

Currently we use google drive for managing project files (mockups, logos etc). Would be amazing, if plane had a integrated file feature for every project (maybe similar to filebrowser including folders and subfolders. With that we could manage more project content on one platform without having to have multiple different app.

Why should this be worked on?

To further shift plane into a full blown project manager
