[feature]: Gantt view of Modules from all Projects

Summary

It would be really useful be to able to show the Gantt view of Modules, but globally for all Projects.

Currently you can only get this view within a single Project.

I guess this would go hand in hand with #3050 as it would not be too much use without it.

Why should this be worked on?

To gain a better understanding of pan-project activity.

With a single team working on multiple projects, it isn't currently clear where modules are overlapping.
