[feature]: When creating sub-issues "create more" should preserve the parent

Summary

If you create sub issues for a issue you most likely want to create a list of issues breaking down the task in logical/technical parts, right now you always have to close and re-open the dialog or search the parent after the first sub issue was created.

Why should this be worked on?

Its a basic user experience flaw
