Summary

Add more i18n settings like:

• Date/time formatting
• Currency/money formatting
• Number formatting (delimiters)
• First day of the week
• Time formatting
• Full date formatting
• Full time formatting
• Calendar (date/time picker) display

Also take into account:

• Measurement system
• Metric/imperial units
