[bug]: Unable to uninstall or reinstall the GitHub integration through Plane

Current behavior

Clicking the "Uninstall" button next to the GitHub integration has no effect. Uninstalling the extension through GitHub has no effect on Plane as well. The extension still has a green checkmark and shows an "Uninstall" button.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter a project with the GitHub integration installed
2. Enter Workspace Settings > Integrations
3. Click the uninstall button next to GitHub
4. Nothing occurs, and the extension remains installed in GitHub
5. Uninstall the extension in GitHub
6. Return to Workspace Settings > Integrations in Plane
7. The uninstall button remains.
