[Enhancement]: Clicking on project, to show the default tickets view.

Summary

When a project on the sidebar is clicked, it only expands the menu and takes a click again to view. I understand this is a very minor enhancement, but it makes a huge difference when someone has to view / switch projects and get a summary, it takes friction, as someone who used Linear / ClickUp.

TD;LR on clicking on project name in the sidebar,

• expand the options
• by default open issues view on the right

I appreciate the good work that has been done so far by the Plane Dev team and the contributors to OSI.
