[feature]: Create a combined gantt chart view that includes Modules, Cycles and Issues

Summary

One of the best features that Jira released in the past year was the project level timeline screen that allows to monitor and modify the Epics, Sprints and Tickets in one single screen.

I would like something like this to be implemented in plane.

There are use cases for only seeing a gantt of Issues or Modules. I don't believe there's a use for showing a gantt view of cycles, as these should be sequential and non-overlapping.

However, showing all of them at once, should be a desired goal.

1. Modules are on the sidebar
2. The modules can be independently expanded to show incidents
3. Cycles are shown along the time axis. These expand or contract depending on the time scale (see feature )

Moreover, all of these objects are draggable along the gantt for quick adjustments of the issues.

1. If we want an issue to happen in a different cycle.
2. If we want an issue to be on a different module.

Why should this be worked on?

Are there any plans to develop this? We're considering migrating a team from Planner to Plane but this is a major missing feature for visibility. Thanks!
