[feature]: Navigate directly to full issue view

Summary
Provide an option to bypass the peek view and navigate directly to the full view of an issue.
Why should this be worked on?
The peek view shows only part of the issue properties and details. Opening the full view requires an additional click which is not only an extra click but is also not very intuitive.
What if we just double-click the issue in the list to go straight to the full view? No extra UI needed, and we could have a tooltip for guidance. Thoughts?
