Summary

Issue full search (or filter) including field "Issue > Description" and "Issue > Comments".

Why should this be worked on?

Usefull to find issues in whole projects.

I would imagine that what could be really helpful is a separate issue search page, allowing searching by custom criteria, combining these with (and, or) options etc.

This is very much needed feature. Right now search is very limited.
