[feature]: Add templates for creating projects/tasks

Summary

It would be cool if you could create template projects and bug cards. For projects, you can use template stages of the bug life cycle. For a bug card, use a template of steps/preconditions, etc.

Why should this be worked on?

There would be no need to create projects and configure them manually, because... there is duplicate functionality, the same with bug cards
