[feature]: Issue Templates

Is there an existing issue for this?

Summary

As a user

  • I should be able to create issue templates for a project.
  • I should be able to select existing templates and use them while creating a new issue

Why should this be worked on?

This reduces the time it takes to create issues and also helps reduce triage time for project maintainers.

I second that. Would love to see this and hear more about the details as you plan this out. For example, can an issue template become the default template for a project, can a project be configured to just allow specific templates etc

Hi @eduard-nz, we're currently developing this feature. Issue templates and project templates will be available in our upcoming releases. Tentatively planned in v0.15.

(New User Here) I looked at the changelog and it looks like we are going on v0.19, but I haven't been able to find anything regarding issue templates in the documentation or app. Is this feature still planned?
