In Plane should be option to close active cycle manually.
Why should this be worked on?
Adding such an option will allow the team to be more flexible in their work. In addition, it will save people from changing dates and other additional things. In my opinion, this option should be mandatory for cycles. Besides, the less interaction with the problematic calendar, the better for users! It is necessary to fix the operation of the calendar.

Any updates on this? Manual Cycle management (both start and close) would be great - we stopped using cycles because of this restriction (and the less than ideal UI when adding issues to Cycles).
