chore: route to issue after creating it

• after creating a new inbox issue, reroute to it.
• hide the AI modal after creating the issue.
• hide the action buttons after the issue status change.
• add icons to inbox status in the sidebar issue card.

refactor:

• inbox main content code.
• inbox filters dropdown code.
