[feature]: ability to create issue via email

Summary
External users may not have access to issues in plane. They would usually interact with issues via email.
Why should this be worked on?
Allows one to use plane for service desk.

I must admit, that we happily grabbed and installed Plane assuming that ticket creation via email is there by default. Sad that it is not. Will have to explore other options. :(
