[bug]: Module progress bar not updating

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current behavior

When you create a module and assign it to an issue, it should update the progress as the issues are updating.

MODULE NOT UPDATEING

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a Module.
  2. Create a new Issue or inside the new Issue update the module to the created module.
  3. After assigning Module to an Issue, change the status of the Issue
