[bug]: Issue Update Modal Not Showing The Description

Current behavior

Issue Update Modal Not Showing The Description

Bug

When we want to update any Issue with the modal, description is not showing what we've already entered or contains on the object.

Expectation

Modal should be open with the existing data that we already entered.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a workspace
2. Inside the workspace create a projects
3. Under the Projects (Left Side Bar) Go to Issues
4. Create a new issue from the above Add Issue button.
5. Click on the more action from the issue that just created.
6. Update with the new data.
