[bug]: members can remove admin

Current behavior

Current Behavior I was added as a member to a workspace. In the settings page -> members, using the three dot menu beside the admin I was able to remove the admin.

Expected Behaviour Members should not be able to remove an admin, may it be on a project level or a workspace level.

Steps to reproduce

1. Get added as a member in a workspace
2. Go to settings
3. Go to members tab
4. Find the admin
5. Click on the 3-dot menu
6. Click on remove member
7. Admin gets removed
