[feature]: Don't suggest existing Project Identifier if similar Project Name.

Summary

Add a check if the Project Identifier exists, if yes – add an extra letter.

Today, it's just the three first letters of the project name, so if I have another project that starts with the same name – I have to manually modify the Project Identifier

Why should this be worked on?

Better UX and flow. Similiar project names are pretty common.
