Global project settings

Is there an existing issue for this?

Summary

It would be nice to have global project settings like labels, board cols …

on every new project this will be the default Settings and they can be overriden Boy project specific settings

Why should this be worked on?

This is a must have feature for us, because as software company we create a lot of projects over the year and this feature save a lot of time
