style: app sidebar revamp
style:
- Implemented consistent padding and spacing throughout the sidebar.
- Reduced the width of the sidebar.
- Replaced the icons with material icons for a more unified visual style.
- Added a global component to handle material icons.
- Refactored the sidebar component & remove unnecessary things.
- Replaced the previous absolute help section popover with a new implementation.
- Added hover effect and transition for a smoother user experience.
- Integrated a tooltip to display additional information when the sidebar is collapsed.
