Summary

I am not sure about the current implementation of the theming.

Working for a company, I would think I can set the theme to the company colors within the Workspace, so that every user sees the workspace with those colors.

So, my proposal would be to move the custom Theme to the Workspace settings, where I can set a Theme for dark and one for light mode.

Then let the user decide if they want to use dark or light mode, but it uses the colors set in the workspace.

Why should this be worked on?

Having one coherent "identity" and colors is quite important for companies.

If there would be no theming, I think this would not be a big deal, but being in a customer meeting and every attendee has a different color scheme would not be ideal, at least at our company.

Maybe add a workspace setting if members can override the theme with their own custom one?
