[feature]: Content migration (Cloud <-> Self-Hosted)

Is there an existing issue for this?

Summary

I decided to only put "Content migration" into the title, but this could be related to a "Backup & Restore" option as well.

We are currently using the cloud version of plane, but may switch to the self-hosted option in the future. Therefore, it would be nice to have a migration feature to move all issues, modules, projects, and settings to the self-hosted instance from the cloud.

This would also be helpful the other way around, of course.

Why should this be worked on?

I don't know if this is a feature worth investing in as a standalone migration implementation. But it may be worth integrating this into a general Backup & Restore functionality, since backups of some kind, at least for the self-hosted version, would be a critical feature.

So one could download the backup from the cloud and restore it to a new self-hosted instance, that way both functionalities are given.

Hey @dennisrahmen, we're developing a CSV Importer/Exporter feature to quickly export and import project data across instances. We'll also consider workspace-level implementation soon.

Hey I was wondering, while the team is working on this. Could an alternate solution be to connect the self-hosted version to db and import data from csv(exported from cloud) directly there? @egor-khanko you could also try this once.
