Better Documentation Viewshed Implementation

It seems that viewshed is not properly documented and is leading to a little bit of confusion on whether it supports GPUs so I'm going to update the docs to fix it.

@brendancol Would be great if you can also mention that the results will be different between the CPU and GPU based calculations.
