MakeHuman credits missing.

MakeHuman points to a hall of fame that does not exist (anymore). We should either delete the link or create a new hall of fame on our forum page. (here is the original bug report: http://www.makehumancommunity.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=19005) Assigning the issue to Joel, because he is the one who can create a new hall of fame.

Besides the famous names that have developed MakeHuman, we perhaps should also give credit to those users having provided bug fixes for the code.

It seems the issue was addressed.

Leaving it still open. Perhaps we should add our newest moderators in the credits section?
