I'd love to see what english sounds like with a japanese accent on this text to speech.

I don't personally use Windows very often, but support is a nice to have. If not, do you know of any alternatives?

A lot of reimplementations don't have this feature yet. We'd probably have to get a list of the users in the room and the user IDs associated with the usernames....
