Ah yeah, I see what you mean. My bad. I tried it manually before and it didn't work for me either. Not sure what is different about his set-up.

@justMaku - I invited you to be an Org member. Then you can be upgraded in this Repository specifically for further access.

Actually @justMaku - Looks like you already have Admin in this repository, Let me know if it still blocks you from CI even though you are an org member.
