Error: robot mesh model to urdf file!!!!

I used solidworks sw_urdf_exporter[http://wiki.ros.org/sw_urdf_exporter](url) to translate stl file to urdf files, but it's disorder. I don't know what is wrong? 

I use the [package](https://github.com/JenniferBuehler/graspit-pkgs/wiki/Conversion-with-urdf2graspit) to generate robot.xml file, but when I load the robot file and object file to graspit , I met the error as the following picture.
