Voron Trident Back plate fan hitting the bed screw

Hi , great job nice work, i'm having a small issue on the back of the [plate fan duct hitting the bed screw when picking up the klicky, returning to home or when end print. is there any way to sort it with out cutting the screw 1,5cm? thanks in advance.
