New datasets

I've found the following relevant datasets which aren't yet included:

Czechia

Seems to be published per district on data.europa.eu. Various regions of Germany

There are a number of new datasets available on data.europa.eu for German states which have been published in the first few months of 2023. They mostly don't seem to be downloadable, or have other limitations, but that they are published might mean its possible to get the data for EuroCrops:

1. Thuringen: https://data.europa.eu/data/datasets/d872f2d6-60bc-11d6-b67d-00e0290f5ba0?locale=en - but I don't think it has crop labels.
2. Saxony: https://data.europa.eu/data/datasets/9bd852df-21d4-4b75-a316-58f5171e5ba8?locale=en - but I think only available via a web map.
3. Saarland: https://data.europa.eu/data/datasets/67bb73cb-d187-1df2-a6f8-85d007e8343e?locale=en - only WMS service?
