Why do you use whereabouts then ? If you know the exact IP address you want to assign, wouldn't [static](https://www.cni.dev/plugins/current/ipam/static/) CNI be preferable ?
So you want to advertise multiple pools (each w/ a single IP...) via whereabouts, to a stateful set, and assign one pool for each pod in the stateful set ?
